Additional paintings created in artist's studio shipped within 15 days of event:
$20 per painting (up to 6 guests in each painting)
WHAT DOES THE SET-UP LOOK LIKE?
The set-up is quick and simple, yet aesthetically pleasing. A 4-6 foot table and two chairs are required for ample work room. Signage will be placed to direct your guests to the area. My colleague takes pictures of your guests while I get busy painting.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
On average, each painting of two people takes 8-10 minutes. Taking into account transition time for the artist between each painting, I can paint roughly 8-10 guests per hour. There will be a set time for guests to get their photo taken. This photo is used to create their hand-crafted portrait. No standing or posing for a long time required! Once the photo session is "closed" I will solely work on personalized portraits. If I am not able to paint each guest due to the closed photo time, there is an option of me taking home and shipping paintings within 15 days after the wedding date for an extra fee. Guests can mingle and enjoy the reception while I work on their paintings, or even watch the masterpiece come to life! Once completed, they will be placed in a clear plastic covering and set out for guests to take home.
PRE-WEDDING DAY
I will create a custom quote tailored to your event. A 20% non refundable deposit is required to save yourr date. This is applied to remaining balance due day of event.
DAY OF WEDDING
I will arrive 30 min early to set up my easel and paints.
Do you travel!
Absolutely! But there are additional fees.
Every wedding is different and I am willing to discuss how I can make this special entertainment happen for you. My main concern is providing unique entertainment and leaving you with beautiful paintings for your guests to remember your wedding day.
